CMS setup for scaling

Assignment

The applicant management and recruiting software onApply should visually stand out from the competition in the future and the new website should be scalable significantly better & faster.

Challenge

Traffic from 550+ sites should be retained and, if possible, even optimized.

Solution

Norden Studio has created a completely new corporate design. Based on this, Uebersax Design created the new web design.

A custom video player supports the new design and perfectly stages the videos.

The established LUMOS naming system is now being used so that the CSS remains as small as possible in the future and allows efficient scaling

For expansion, there are new collections for functions, function categories, templates and a blog. Topics were deliberately bundled in order to be more modern in terms of SEO technology.
After extensive SEO research, relevant content was relocated and presented with meaningful categories that were easier to find.
